How could I create an additional account with the same email? & if there are 2 accounts the account that shows my 2 current preorders & account history as opposed to the "account" that has no history & no preorders would obviously be the correct account. The "explanation" I received for my lack of account history is also puzzling. In relation to my last email I find it extremely strange that you are asking me to provide personal details including a new password to you. It started back about 2-3 weeks ago when i updated the Amazon iphone app & was unable to see my shopping cart or order history via the app. I would like to know why my total order history & my wishlist items have disappeared. Then i went to & went to log into my account through the website & found that all my history, wishlist & open orders had GONE!! So i emailed them through the website: I just thought it was the app & sent through feedback. Recently the app had a new update, so i downloaded the update & then my cart, wishlist & account history through the app all disappeared!! i logged out of the app & back in but nothing. I have the Amazon iphone app & i use it quiet often, mainly to browse titles & check price increases/drops & occassionaly place orders.
